We have successfully embraced cross-functional team collaboration as the cornerstone of our working strategy across the three WOLF Qanawat offices – in London and Newcastle in the UK, and Amman in Jordan. Newcastle serves as our engineering base, London is our strategic business hub and the Amman team focuses on product and community.
Our People
Our team is made up of over 50 employees across our three offices, including nine nationalities and 11 different languages spoken. In recent years, the number of female employees has increased, reaching up to 50% at our Jordan office – an impressive statistic in a traditionally male-dominated industry – with an increasing number of senior manager and director-level female team members.
Our mentoring and developmental support has positively boosted in-house career progression and longevity of employment at WOLF Qanawat. The underlying characteristics of the whole WOLF Qanawat team include the desire and passion to create innovative products that are fun, inclusive and entertaining, as well as being a safe space of connection and belonging; our team's cultural awareness enriches the products we offer our users.
